Vision System:-

           Inspection for presence of components on a assemblies or sub-assemblies.

The Industrial Camera mounted on a six axis Robot and integrated with a Programmable controller provides a high speed inspection of the components.

The system speed can be tuned according to the cycle time of the production line. The robot enables the camera to reach the each and every area of the component at a high speed of max of 2m/sec. Camera can be programmed to check absence of parts on assemblies, surface defects, and dimensions of the components.

The components can be fed to the Inspection system through various schemes like single line flow conveyor, Indexing tables etc. Thus high speed on - line inspection is possible.
