In order to share information and promote co-operation, we invite overseas companies to join the industrial automation. We also provide a platform to discuss and debate on various business opportunities, issues and matters.

 This new era brought in scalable processes that lead to low cost and faster turnaround times. Factory automation is continually reducing costs and making manufactured goods ever more economical. But it has also resulted in downsizing. Thus, manufacturers are required to produce not only customized products but also operate with the efficiencies/quality/cost parameters of the mass production process, to survive in this highly competitive market. It is this trend that has made Industrial automation the prerequisite to survive in any industry.

This project was complete integration of Sluge & Sewage Treatment Plant in Lakawi. The control system of Flex Logix PLC's, MicroLogix PLC's were integrated together on a wireless Ethernet Network & Controlled from RSView SCADA located in the Control Room. Various field instruments like differential level, ultrasonic, flow transmitters, dissolved oxygen analyzer etc. were used.

Facility Management in Clean Room

In one of our overseas project in Facility Management (FMCS) in Clean Room for wafer manufacturing in Singapore, we were part of the team to develop and commission the total control system using SIEMENS S7-400 PLCs and WINCC SCADA. Our engineering experts, who were stationed in Singapore site for this project, undertook the design and development of total system.

Facility Management with Hazardous Production Monitoring

In one of our overseas project in Facility Management and Hazardous Production Monitoring in Clean Room for wafer manufacturing in Malaysia, we teamed-up with overseas client to develop and commission the total control system using Allen-Bradley PLCs (PLC 5/80C and SLC 5/05), MMI (RSView32). This system uses advanced data logging methods by making use of redundant data servers, besides using display server and display client system. Our engineering experts were stationed at client's site in Malaysia for this project for the design, development and commissioning of total system.
